"Warranty thing went smooth"

My dishwasher turned up with a dent on the side, which was frustrating after waiting around for the delivery. I’ll admit, I was a bit suspicious at first and wondered if they’d try to avoid dealing with it, so I took a few photos straight away and contacted Appliances Online that same day. To their credit, they got back to me fairly quickly and offered either a replacement or some money off. Since the dent was hidden once installed, I went with the discount. Not ideal, but they handled it decently enough.

I had to chase them up about the delivery time, which was a bit annoying at first, but customer service got back to me quickly. They weren’t perfect, but they were helpful and got it sorted without too much hassle. i was ready to be grumpy about it, then it was just handled, so fair enough.

I had to return an appliance, i was hoping the refund would show up right away, but it ended up taking a few extra days. Not the biggest deal, just a little annoying while I was waiting. Then suddenly I was like, okay, is this going to turn into a whole thing? But support did get back to me, and everything was sorted out in the end. Overall, good experience.

I ordered a fridge thinking it would take a few days, but it actually showed up the next morning, which was a nice surprise. I got a text before they arrived and the delivery guys were in and out quickly. That said, dealing with moving things around and being ready for a fridge delivery on such short notice was more effort than I expected. Still, I’m really happy with how fast it came.

My fridge delivery didn’t go quite to plan, which was annoying at the time, especially when you’ve arranged your day around it. That said, Appliances Online were quick to sort things out. I called them and the person I spoke to actually listened, arranged a new delivery time, and kept me updated along the way. The delivery guys were friendly too. So while it wasn’t a perfect experience, they fixed the problem without making it a hassle. I’d probably use them again.
